The Mission
The mission of Rod Of God Ministries is the same mission Jesus gave his followers: Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.
The Vision
The vision of Rod Of God Ministries is create a community of authentic believers and to witness a city transformed by the life changing reality of the gospel, as people come to know Jesus as their lord and savior.
What We Believe...
• WE believe on the WORD OF GOD (Bible)
John 7:17 KJV - If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself.
• WE believe that Jesus is the Son of God.
Psalms 2:7 KJV - I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee.
• WE believe that every person MUST HAVE A BORN AGAIN EXPERIENCE.
John 3:3 KJV - Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
• WE practice & believe EVERY WORD OF THE BIBLE.
2 Timothy 3:16 KJV - All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
• WE also believe & practice the infilling of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in other tongues.
Acts 2:1-4 KJV - (1) And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. (2) And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. (3) And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them. (4) And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

(4) Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. (5) And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord. (6) And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all. (7) But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal. (8) For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit; (9) To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit; (10) To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues: (11) But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will. • WE believe that Jesus redeemed us from sickness. 1Peter 2:24
1 Peter 2:24 KJV - Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.
• WE believe in laying on of hands as a channel for healing tongues and prophecy. I Tim 4:14 & II Tim 1:6
1 Timothy 4:14 KJV - Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery.
2 Timothy 1:6 KJV - Wherefore I put thee in remembrance that thou stir up the gift of God, which is in thee by the putting on of my hands.
